Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.
我手立了地的根基，我右手铺张诸天，我一招呼便都立住。
Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together.
惟有我曾说过，我又选召他，领他来，他的道路就必亨通。
I, even I, have spoken; yea, I have called him: I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous.
你们要就近我来听这话。我从起头并未曾在隐密处说话，自从有这事，我就在那里。现在主耶和华差遣我和他的灵来。（或作耶和华和他的灵差遣我来）

你们要从巴比伦出来，从迦勒底人中逃脱，以欢呼的声音传扬说，耶和华救赎了他的仆人雅各，你们要将这事宣扬到地极。

摩押因毁坏蒙羞。你们要哀号呼喊，要在亚嫩旁报告说，摩押变为荒场。
Moab is confounded; for it is broken down: howl and cry; tell ye it in Arnon, that Moab is spoiled,
你们要使摩押沉醉，因她向耶和华夸大。她要在自己所吐之中打滚，又要被人嗤笑。
Make ye him drunken: for he magnified himself against the LORD: Moab also shall wallow in his vomit, and he also shall be in derision.
